I'm allowing the stress in my life to get to me. I lost a lot when my mom first got sick, due to the fact that I just wasn't able to eat. Now, comfort eating has caused me to gain back 8 pounds. I have to learn to keep this up as a lifestyle change for the sake of my health, regardless as to what else is going on.
