why do I always let myself down on the weekend. usual breakfast lunch at a tavern near gateway. fish and chips and diet coke. half a pizza jot tea small scoop of ice cream and a small cherry ripe. I know I didn't drink as much water so today I have to keep the amount of water up and the amount of food down
224.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 75.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.3 lb a week
