I guess any loss is a loss, but I was really hoping for more. Today's my interview. I'm hoping to swim tomorrow morning instead of just the elliptical, but I have 4 appointments an hour away and I may feel rushed to get out there. Especially since I'll be fighting rush hour.

I'm so good at making excuses.
168.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
