😀👏🏻 I’ve learned that I am able to stick within my calories when I prepare meals for those crazy busy days. Having food prepped means no snacking while cooking and hungry after a long day. Taking food to work means not calling at the cake cafe at lunchtime and pukka teas help stop my snacking too, plus helps me drink water as I don’t do anywhere enough of that! So pleased with my commitment this time, never calorie tracked before and it’s a real encouragement!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
