Alhamdulillah, makin kesini makin paham kondisi badan. setelah stress gara" BB stuck lumayan lama, trnyata kuncinya cuma 1 "Diet Enjoy" 🥰 💕 Yahhh walaupun target masih jauh sih tp semoga bisa jadi penyemangat, Amin ☺️
156.5 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
