super excited I'm down a little bit more, I'm really having to work at it even though I'm eating better and feeling better. I just got to remember that it took me a while to get here and I have to be proud that it's taking me a little while to get there which is where I want to be!!!
157.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
