Average for prior week was 198.5. Average weight for last week was 197.25. Difference = 1.25 pounds in a week. I'll take it!
Weekly averaging is so much better for me. I can weigh in daily and not freak if I have a really crap day and not get cocky if I have a great day. It's perfect for someone like me who loves to weigh each day. I highly recommend it - you pick a day of the week, for me, Sunday, and you add up the weights for the past 7 days and divide by 7, then compare the the prior week's number.
This number started at 200 when I began Atkins, so 3 weeks later, at 197.25, I'll take it. Yay!
