CYCLE DAY 3
Good morning! Last day of the 12a-4pm fast....Fighting hunger pangs....but I'm fighting..lol....the scale went down a little and I'm surprised b/c I'm super bloated.
Will check back in at 4pm

Lost so far: 6.2 lb.
Still to go: 14.8 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
