Well I drink a glass or two of wine and up I went...I done really well for most of the 4th..I am working today, healthcare never takes time off, lol, so hopefully I will drop them ounces...I am still proud of myself..
161.8 lb Lost so far: 20.2 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
