I thought I had already wrote in my journal but I can't seem to find it. but it said I must admit I thought I had either maintained or even gained a little this past week but I didn't.. I'm down a couple of pounds super excited I also joined the gym this weekend to help me tone.. I don't like this extra skin but it keeps reminding me of why I've changed my eating habits and I'm eating better!!! Happy Monday and YAY ME!!!
158.8 lb Lost so far: 23.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
