I fell off the wagon so to speak. I have been eating smaller meals and did maintain my weight. I'm happy about that. But I'd really like to shake that last 15lbs. As of this morning i'm 139.8 and want to be 125. So I'm back at it. For the next two weeks going to attempt to cut flour from my diet. someone from work did that and lost 7lbs in 4 days however said that they felt hungry all the time even though they ate every few hours. As for exercise I haven't; my job keeps me on my feet and moving all day so I suppose that helps a little. and I have to park far enough away I get to enjoy a 15min walk to and from work, but that's the closest to a workout I've gotten.
