肌肉量有錯喔 扣掉脂肪體重 人體有6-7成是水分 還有骨頭毛髮 大概也會佔個2-3公斤 還有器官那些剩下才是肌肉重

我昨天吃鹹的零食和甜的霜淇淋今早就漲了0.4,再加上前一早漲的0.2一個週末就漲了0.6😱😭
