Yesterday, 94 protein, 138 fat, 76 carbs, babybel, chicken sandwich on keto bread, Hilo chips and guacamole, sesame chips, sub in a bowl, fat bomb
151.0 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.2 lb a week
