Under a crapppy plateau spell!

188.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb. Still to go: 45.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey, I got stuck on the same weight for almost a month! But I did not waver! (it was hard) and after a while, body says, "Ok, you win."
