The first time around (2012), the last 8 pounds took me about 2-1/2 months to drop. That sounds like a long time, but it was still between 1/2- to 1-pound a week...not too shabby at the end of a long journey. This time, I 'm hoping for a slightly faster pace, but only time will tell. So far, I'm on track for the path I've set out for myself. I WILL reclaim my goal weight!
