Fat secret is the secret to consistent daily weight loss
I log everything I eat and know exactly what is left in my macros so I don't overeat or eat the wrong things. it is the motivation I need every day to keep going. we got this, together 👏
175.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, I love that I can scan bar codes and that makes it easier. At dinner time, I know if I eat a little less rice, I can eat that avocado. ha ha ha! But it helps... it really does pay to know what you are putting into your body and how efficient of a fuel source that food is.
