I have completed my journey!!! I am where I want to be, so now i will just maintain and cont. to eat and be health. I will cont to walk and ride my bike everyday, just not losind the weigh. Thanks everybody for the support that I HAVE RECEIVED.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 45.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
