Setelah dua mingguan kalu drama turun nya ngesot, akhirnya sekarang udah lumayan turunnya… hampir nyerah diet krn turun lambat, tp tersadar its okay itu bagian dr diet, tetap istiqomah . Alhamdulillah turun lagi
122.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 7.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
