Correct. I was trying to gain and hold onto a muscle mass of 45% with a bf of =>15%. I was eating 4k cals a day with macros at 50%Carbs 30% protein and 20% fat. I got up to 196lb and just couldn't eat like that anymore. Dropped all the bonus mass withing 2 weeks of going back to a normal 2000+ a day with same macro range. My body just doesn't want to be more than 180-185lbs :( guess it is what it is lol
