Okay here’s where I’m tested.
This is my maitenance weight. This is where I wish to stay. Weight training has my appetite are all new levels so a little control here regardless of the season.
132.3 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
