Yesterday, IF, leg workout, 127 protein, 97 fat, 57 carbs, chicken salad, sesame chips, Boston market bowl, olives, string cheese
155.4 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
