Considering all the alcohol I drank this week… the scale has been quite forgiving ☺️ now to stay Keto over the holidays!

205.5 lb Lost so far: 24.3 lb. Still to go: 31.3 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 3.1 lb a week
