I started a new diet a friend shared with me. It's not the most fun thing I've ever done, but I am totally impressed by how much I have lost just since I started it on April 27th!I hope I am able to stick with it! It's mainly just 1 protein and 1 carb for three meals a day, and one serving of carb in the afternoon, and lots of water. No dairy, salt, sugar, etc. Lots of other "no"s, too. But, hey, it's working!
