Yesterday, IF, chest workout, 92 protein, 117 fat, 42 carbs, sliced beef, butter, sesame chips, chicken salad
154.2 lb Lost so far: 33.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week
