Borrowed the Real meal revolution book,must say I’m enjoying fish for breakfast,eggs sometimes make me feel nauseous and phlegmy. Lots of avo,olives and healthy fats. I wake up looking forward to breakfast instead of dreading eating incase I gain 🙌🏻 gaining the mindset that I need to fuel my weight training instead of frantically burn off whatever I eat
149.0 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
