I decided to take a break….from work, from gym; from pretty much everything except my place of worship. I had not planned it, I just knew I needed it. However, I have continued to monitor food intake and caloric output. At first, I felt a little untethered. I even had this concern that I was hitting some wall. I’ve been in that place before and it’s a little scary (a little dramatic, I know), because I’m making real progress. So today was my first day back at it. Went to gym, walked a bit and followed my usual eating regimen. Not gonna say it felt good, but it did feel right… onward…
