Whew! It has been 3 weeks of birthdays and Thanksgiving…got buckled down this week and bit the bullet this morning to step on the scale. Happy with this! I know it has been much higher the last few weeks. Plus I haven’t been exercising nearly as much as usual or as much as I would like to but life has been busy. I’m hoping things settle down in the next little bit so I can get back to a good fitness routine. I miss it!
