Guys thinking about it this way if I continue losing just 2kg's a week I only have 9 weeks till I reach my goal! 💪🏼 it's very achievable as I was overeating heavily before I started this journey and not exercising at all. Now I do 2 x 30 min workouts and a 3km paced walk everyday and I've cut my calories down to roughly 1500 per day 🎉💐 feeling great and full of energy
172.2 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 39.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
