Today I lost 3.2kgs after one week of starting my journey I’m so proud of myself and I know
I can do it and I will reach my goal.
I need to love myself more to stop eating too much carbs & sugar!also stop mindless eating and keep on tracking my foods.
256.2 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 101.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
