So it's been one month since I got back into exercising. I want to focus on cardio and fat burning before I start building muscle. I know I can burn fat by weight lifting but I'll stick with my usual routine for now. I do 2 hours on the elliptical 5 nights a week and burn approximately 1200 calories a session.. I'm not sure how accurate my scale is but I use different scales on the same floor and one says I'm 219 and the other says I'm 213. I'll just round up to 220. I know I'm between 210 and 220 so I did lose some weight but it doesn't help that I still eat junk food and cheat days a few days a week. I'm trying to limit the amount of food I eat and save money. I still eat snacks between meals which I'm trying to cut out. It doesn't help that I work in a kitchen surrounding by food all day. There's still a few months until the end of the year.
