The reduction continues...I'm at the point where clothes (mainly pants) are falling off. It's that weird time where old clothes are a bit too large, yet a little too early to go splurge on a new wardrobe. I appreciate and am thankful for the progress (really), but I'm feeling it's time to shift my program. So far gym and caloric reduction, but time to explore muscle exhaustion to help build. Step one is working on weight, but after 4 months (maybe 5) it's time to move to the plan for the next year and a half...one day at a time...small moves...

The comment made me smile 😃 I'll admit I laughed at that number in the past, I'm looking at it a little differently. For example, forget the number, I'm focusing on fitness..Fitness for me... so, don't know yet, but I'll own it...I do see that 185 number 😅
