My diet break is over and I actually maintained my weight🤸🏾‍♀️🤸🏾‍♀️ even without eating well and working out😀 but now I’m excited to go back to working out and shedding the last 6kgs and maybe more💪🏽
169.3 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
