Not sure what’s happening. For 2 weeks I’ve been eating steamed chicken breasts, quinoa and sweet potato aswell as walking 5 km with my dog. OMAD aswell.
260.6 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 68.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
