Holy Crap! 5.6 pounds down...dedication really does pay off! haha. I ate practically everything I wanted this week! Even McDonalds for breakfast three times! I know I know...not a healthy choice, but this just goes to show that chocolate chip cookies, fast food and cravings don't have to slow me down! Watch out...I am back on track and LOVING the results!!! :)
