at the beginning you lose water, keep working out and don't check your weight everyfew days, u must wait at least 2 weeks, sometimes there is an error bellow 0.1-0.8

Thanks! I've been working out since Jan. 6th and have lost 23.8 lbs so far. I usually only weigh myself once a week on Friday at the same time in the morning. I know about the water weight but thanks for the advice anyways. I've just been on a platue for the past coupl weeks and just broke through :-) I just added more to my workouts. .
Also, I started using fatsecret again after myfitnesspal kept giving me problems. That's why it doesn't show all of my hard work...trust me, I have been working my tail off to lose this post preg. weight!

wow good to hear that, My weight was 75 kg in 2010, now it jumped to 95kg and my height is 178 cm. i dont look fat but i am not fit anymore, i decided to lose weight, i followed your same routine i used to go weigh my self on friday morning, first time i lost 2kg in 1 week like 5 lbs. then i lost more 2. the pharmacist said OH MY GOSH HOW DID U DO THAT? lol i felt so happy and i was not on tough routine. then i was shocked 3rd week i gained 2 pounds it was horrible i stopped dieting and 3 weeks ago i decidedd to start again. i check result every 1 month. make sure u dont wear much cloth and ur tummy is empty of any thing to get ur accurate weight.
I just have 1 question, what about your salt in food? do u put light ammound? u dont eat salted things? i heard salt store water underskin so it makes me look fat?
