Gisteren etentje gehad. Wel koolhydraat arm gegeten, niet boven 1600 kcal, maar wel zoute boter en 3 prosecco 😜 vandaag weer normaal
139.3 lb Lost so far: 18.3 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
