I've really been slacking on my diet and exercise... It shows in my weight gain. I did have lots of sodium yesterday so hopefully some of my weight gain is fluid...

It's time to get serious. I'm counting calories again... I think I'll limit to 1300-1400 calories per day and try to get to the gym at least 3 times a week.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 14 May 2009:
1365 kcal Fat: 34.78g | Prot: 49.50g | Carb: 224.43g.   Breakfast: Banana nut cherrios, soy milk, mini chocolate chips. Lunch: chee-wees, cherries, Morning Star Farms. Dinner: corn, fajita seasoning, Morning Star Farms, Italian dressing, carrots, lettuce. Snacks/Other: coconut macaroon, Fat Free Pretzel Sticks, 100 calorie packs, cherries, Luigi's. more...

Take it a day at a time buddy. You can do this for sure. I had been slacking off also, but I keep reminding myself that the more I slack off, the worst my health & weight will get. I want to do this for life, so I have to continue to make this a lifestyle. I'll be rootin for ya buddy. Let's do this!
