Ok, i have really fallen off the wagon and once i fell off, it has been sooooo hard to get back on. I am going to give this another try. I lost 6 pounds my first week, and now i have gained it all back. I really wanted to loose my weight by our family reunion, which is at the end of next month...quickly approaching. I am going to give this another try and really try to stick with it. It's so hard. I think more than watching calories, I am going to watch what I eat and make helthier choices. Try to cook more often, and cook healthier. Well, i better go log in my food...I'm really going to try to stick with it this time. Wish me luck!
