Yesterday, IF, 75 protein, 139 fat, 28 carbs, shoulder workout, olives, butter, turkey, cheese and mushrooms, chopped salad, butter, nuts before bed
153.2 lb Lost so far: 34.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 9.8 lb a week
