Voilà j’ai récupéré mon poids d’avant grossesse alors que je mange je mange je mange , merci l’allaitement 😂

125.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb. Still to go: 4.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

Merci ! Je ne fais rien de particulier, je mange ce qui me fais plaisir, l’accouchement a été compliqué .. alors je l’ai bien mérité :) Lapin tu peux essayer avec un tire lait ;) tu vas voir c’est génial
