Day 17: phew never been so glad to see 100gram drop on the scales and validates my thoughts that one bad weekend isn't the end of a lifestyle, its just a pause. So Im back on track, good cardio work out at the gym today including a fantastic HIT bike session. stuck to my guns last night at my daughters birthday dinner, diet coke - yeah I know but what about the aspartain? but they had run out (can you believe it) of bottle sparkling water. Had all seafood, including a seafood sang chou bow which was sensational, I off to do my calorie diary for last night now and Im buggered if I know how to count that entre, but it cant be that bad can it?
