Happy Saturday everyone - this is my last day of 4 solid weeks here - weight loss stalled this week although I have stuck to the plan 100%. I was soooo hungry last night - teenagers were out late and I couldn't go to bed until they were home - had tea and jello. Started a new book "The Middle Place" Monday is my measurement day so hopefully I will have at least lost inches. I walked to the pharmacy yesterday - 3 miles round trip - to pick up a prescription. Weekend exercise is my hardest challenge - and this morning I sit here with zero motivation - definitely have to dig deep today...
p.s.
So my new best friend (heehee) just pointed out that my sodium intake was double what it was supposed to be!! I bought some fat free soups at the market that were on sale and turns out they are loaded with sodium - I wasn't even paying attention to sodium levels! Also sugar free jello has quite a bit which I was eating like a free food! Did a little search because even at age 45 I don't know enough about what to eat apparently! Recommended levels for me - sodium 2400 fat 58 g chol 300 carbs 300 protein 50 fiber 25
Thanks for looking out for me!!
