Why don’t you eat enough? If you’re still hungry, add more veggies or snack more. If you don’t eat enough because you aren’t hungry or don’t want food, best to consult a doctor.

What types of food are you eating? Some foods blunt hunger more than others. On the other hand, eating a large amount of greens, while healthy, can mean a too-big calorie reduction for some people.

How far off are you from your calorie target? If not too much, perhaps focus on nutritionally dense and calorie dense foods and favour fruit and cooked vegetables over salads and raw veg.
