I have really been off my good weight-loss habits since Thanksgiving. I am trying to get back in the routine, but i haven't gotten back to exercising regularly like i was before the holidays. Even when i try and eat well, unless i exercise, too, i still gain weight.I am going to make a better effort to try and make time to exercise for at least 15 or 30 minutes each day. I felt so much better (especially mentally) when i was exercising and steadily losing weight.
