Today I stuck to my meal plan and stayed within my 1300 calories. Ok... I was 7 calories over, but that’s alright! First meal was at 9:30 am, and I ate my last meal before 7:30 pm... 10 hour eating window. Tomorrow I’ll do an 8 hour eating window.
