I had been stuck in the same spot on my scale and no movement. I can step off my scale and get back on a couple of min's later and it will go up or down a pound or even 2. I go off and on a couple of times and this weight is the lowest I have seen so far. I am happy with that today. Just keep on trying and not giving up. I am planning on a good day. Thank you Lord.
154.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
