udah 2 hari ini demam, jd ga olahraga dan pola makan ga bs diatur seperti pola diet biasanya, eh td pagi nimbang malah ttp turun 0,2 kg, gatau yg turun itu cairan tubuh krn lg sakit atau mmg lemaknya :)) ttp brsyukur aja dan jalani pola hidup sehat💙
136.7 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
