went food shopping today .. after NOT having that EVIL food called .... <<< BREAD >>> yep bought that evil product and tomoro my weight will jump . of course im doing that other no no ... eating at midnite had beans n fiber n protein around 3 p.m. so maybe it wont be so bad ... heres hoping .... still hard to stay asleep
