Yesterday on top of 15 min abs and 20 min dvd workout I worked in the yard for 2 hours. Lost another 1/2 pound. This is working! Almost back to starting point. Hip was sore again last night and lower back ache so taking it easier today thought. Took the napro and it helped. I was starving last night though - have been eating the frozen smart ones and healthy choice dinners - made lasagna for the kids and thought it was better to pass on that! Lasagna lasted for 3 dinners for them! Don't remember it lasting that long before - hee hee! Cutting up fruit in a bowl in the fridge and when I need a snack I get a cupful in a little sauce dish - canteloupe, strawberries, yesterday it was watermelon - if I cut up enough it lasts 2-3 days - cut it up while the kids are having breakfast before school.

ok, it is not just me but 15 min of only concentrating on ABS is hard work. Nice job doing yard work; that is what I need to do this weekend. It is so nice to have cut up fruits just waiting! I did cantaloupe today to add to the pineapple and berries, have you tired cutting up veggies waiting for you also? I have not yet, I think I need to start doing that.
