Mini goals for next 2 weeks:
Make a meal plan for the week and stick to it
Exercise every day - treadmill, XBX, walking outside
Make getting a good night's sleep a priority
212.2 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
